Meet the founder

Mike LaNeve

Mike LaNeve has been a USCG Captain for 8 years. Before serving as Chief Operating Officer of At the Helm Training, a nationally accredited boat owner training company. Being born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida under a father that was as a captain for 30 years, Mike fell in love with the yachting industry. Mike Attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Mike currently holds a 100-ton USCG License and is both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional)
